Dive into the zingy world of Boozy Popsicles with our Homemade Popsicles, a delightful fusion of Cocktail Drinks and refreshing Tomato Juice.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups tomato juice (low-sodium)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon celery salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Hot sauce (to taste)
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • Optional: 1–2 oz vodka
  • Garnishes: thin celery slivers, olive slices, pickle rounds

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. In a large bowl, combine tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and hot sauce. Add pickle juice if desired.
  2. For an adult version, add vodka, keeping in mind it affects freezing.
  3. Place garnishes in popsicle molds. Pour the mixture, leaving room for expansion. Insert sticks halfway.
  4. Freeze molds flat for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  5. To serve, briefly run molds under warm water to release pops easily. Enjoy at brunch or summer gatherings.

Notes

  • Ensure fresh tomato juice for maximum flavor.
  • Adjust hot sauce to desired spice level.
  • Omit vodka for a non-alcoholic version.
  • Additions like fresh dill or horseradish can enhance flavors.
