Ingredients

  • 1 jar dill pickles
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill

  • 2 cloves pickled garlic (optional but recommended)
  • ½ cup pickle brine
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds

Instructions

  1. Remove the pickles from the jar, ensuring you keep the brine for blending.
  2. Add pickles, pickled garlic, and hot peppers to a blender.
  3. Pour in pickle brine, and toss in dried dill, mustard seeds, and smoked paprika.
  4. Blend until smooth, adjusting consistency with more pickle brine if needed.
  5. Taste and tweak spice levels by adding additional peppers if desired.
  6. Transfer the hot sauce to a sterilized glass jar and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
