  1. Prepare the lemon mixture: In a small bowl, combine lemon zest, lemon juice, white sugar, and 1 cup of water. Set aside.
  2. Mix the cornstarch slurry: In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch with 1/3 cup of water until smooth.

Third: Cooking the Chicken
