These Triple Peanut Butter Cookies merge nostalgia and indulgence with the creamy, chewy goodness of Reese’s Peanut Butter and Peanut Butter Cups.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces
  • 1/2 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Blend in the egg and vanilla extract until thoroughly incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually combine with the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in the Reese’s Pieces, Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips, and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized dough portions, shape into balls, and place on baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Lightly flatten.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
